Return & Refund Policy
At calverios, we want our customers to have a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn, with all original tags and packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@calverios.com before sending any products back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and the applicable return address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@calverios.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or customized products, gift cards, and products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Refunds
